When rappelling in public, it's important to first find a suitable location that allows for rappelling, such as a rock face or designated rappelling area. Ensure that you have the necessary equipment, including a harness, rope, and helmet, and that you are properly trained in rappelling techniques. It's also important to obtain any necessary permits or permissions from the relevant authorities if you plan to rappel in a public area. Finally, always prioritize safety and be mindful of others in the area when rappelling in public. **

To rappel from a helicopter, the first step is to ensure that the helicopter is equipped with a rappelling system, which typically includes a rope and harness. Once the system is in place, the individual will secure themselves to the rope using the harness and then exit the helicopter. As the helicopter hovers at a steady altitude, the individual will slowly descend down the rope using a controlled descent technique. It is important to receive proper training and follow safety protocols when rappelling from a helicopter to ensure a safe and successful descent. **
